Boarding
As a partner of Towne Square and Audubon Animal Hospitals, we ensure that your pet’s health and well-being come first. While your pet is being boarded or groomed, a doctor is always available to assist in any way needed. Whether your pet needs an exam with vaccinations or a dental cleaning, all of this can be done in one setting.
Towne Square Pet Resort carries a full line of Hill’s Science Diet and Royal Canine pet foods. Our veterinarians and clients alike have found these to be among the top-rated diets available today. They also offer the highest standard of ingredients, as well as the largest variety of prescription diets to suit your pets specific health needs.
Health & Safety
Towne Square Pet Resort cannot accept pets with stitches, bandages, splints, or those requiring fluids or injections. We also cannot accept pets that are pregnant or in heat, however our Towne Square and Audubon Animal Hospital’s can board pets that require special medical attention.
Pets must be flea free.
Each pet’s daily routine is closely monitored and we document:
- Eating
- Drinking
- Elimination
- Dispensing of Medicine
Our Veterinary staff is on call 24/7 should your pet require veterinary services during their stay at the Pet Resort.
Boarding Vaccine Requirements
CANINE:
- DA2PLP — required to be given in past year
- RABIES — required to be given in past 1-3 years (pending the vaccine used)
- BORDETELLA — required to be given in the last 6 months
- FECAL EXAM — require a Negative result in the last year
FELINE:
- FVRCP, RV and LEUKEMIA — must be given yearly
- FECAL EXAM — require a negative result in the last year
- RABIES — may be give every 1-3 years (pending vaccine used)

Monday– Friday 7:00am-5:30 pm
Saturday – 7:30am – Noon
Sunday – 3:00pm – 4:00pm (Dismissals Only)
Please check in your pet for boarding at least 30 minutes prior to closing so that our staff can prepare their accommodations and make sure they are settled in for the night!

Our spacious outdoor play yard offers a romping good time for playing ball and chasing humans! Our indoor accommodations are kept warm and cozy in the winter and cool and refreshing during the summer. We provide bedding for your pets enjoyment during their stay. We proudly serve Hill Science Diet-Sensitive Stomach, but you are welcome to bring your pets own food from home. We also offer a wide variety of merchandise for purchase should you have forgotten goodies from home.
All accommodations include 3 potty breaks per day and blankets to lay on. We are not able to take in large beds or comforters. All bedding must fit into a standard size washer and dryer.
* Our Deluxe Townhouse package includes 2 play times, Frozen Tasty Treats, Raised Kuranda Dog Bed and a TV/VCR
** Our Townhouse package includes one 15-minute playtime, Frozen Tasty Treats and a Raised Dog Bed
We offer a 10% discount for 2 or more pets & 15% off for shared accommodations. (pets must be from same household)
